Tim Pearl
President and Chief Executive Officer

Tim Pearl serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Fayette Resources, Inc., where he provides leadership and strategic direction for the organization’s programs, operations, and long-term growth. He has more than 35 years of experience in intellectual disability and autism services, with a strong commitment to person-centered, community-based supports.

Tim joined Fayette Resources in 2008 and has served in several leadership roles, including Allegheny Regional Director, Chief Fiscal Officer, and Chief Operations Officer before being named President and CEO in 2025. Drawing from his early experience as a Direct Support Professional, he values frontline perspectives and believes they are essential to effective decision-making, staff development, and responsive services.

Earlier in his career, Tim was part of the development team for RESPOND, a statewide model of intensive residential support for children with intellectual disabilities, autism, and complex behavioral health needs. His work across direct support, specialized program development, and organizational leadership has deepened his commitment to strengthening services for individuals with dual diagnosis and complex support needs.

Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from John Carroll University and an MBA from Robert Morris University. He remains actively engaged in statewide efforts to advance disability services and improve access to quality care.

Outside of work, Tim enjoys golfing with lifelong friends and following Penn State football.

Chief Financial Officer

Jacque Fox serves as Chief Financial Officer at Fayette Resources, Inc., where she oversees the organization’s financial operations and helps guide its long-term financial stability. She has worked at Fayette Resources for 20 years and brings 25 years of experience in accounting, finance, and nonprofit financial management.
Jacque began her career at age 16 in the accounting office at Levin Furniture. She later gained experience in public accounting before finding her way into the nonprofit field, where she has been able to use her financial expertise in support of meaningful work.

Throughout her time at Fayette Resources, Jacque has been proud to be part of a team that has helped provide the agency with financial stability and continued growth. Her work supports the organization’s ability to provide safe, comfortable homes and high-quality services for the individuals supported by Fayette Resources, while also creating meaningful employment opportunities for people.

Jacque holds a bachelor’s degree in management and accounting. As a leader, she values honesty, hard work, and responsible stewardship of the organization’s resources.

Outside of work, Tim enjoys golfing with lifelong friends and following Penn State football.

Kelly Knarr
Chief Operations Officer

Kelly Knarr serves as Chief Operations Officer at Fayette Resources, Inc., where she works closely with departments across the agency to support the health, safety, and quality of services provided to individuals supported by the organization. In her role, she provides leadership, mentorship, and operational oversight to help ensure services are delivered with consistency, accountability, and respect.
Kelly has 36 years of experience in the human services field. She began her career as a Direct Support Professional in 1985, working in residential services. After earning her degree and exploring other professional paths, she returned to the field as a Program Specialist and went on to serve in several leadership roles, including Residential Director, Regional Director, and Director of Training and Development.

Kelly holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. She was also honored with the Team Member of the Year Award from NADD, a recognition that reflects her commitment to high-quality, person-centered support.

Kelly was drawn to this field as a young adult and has remained committed to creating opportunities for individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, and mental health needs to live more independently and fully. Her leadership is grounded in integrity, respect, and accountability.
In addition to her work at Fayette Resources, Kelly serves as the Mayor of Troutville Borough.

James H. Pearl
Chief Human Resource Officer

James H. Pearl serves as Chief Human Resource Officer at Fayette Resources, Inc., where he provides leadership and direction for the Human Resources Department. In this role, he supports policy development and implementation, works closely with management on strategic planning and agency direction, and helps ensure compliance with required reporting, including OSHA, EEO-1, labor reports, scheduling, and other human resource functions.

James has worked at Fayette Resources for 13 years and has 32 years of experience in the human services field. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Washington & Jefferson College and began his career in restaurant management before transitioning into human services. Over the course of his career, he has held a wide range of roles, including maintenance director, billing, payroll support, recruitment, retention, employee relations, scheduling, training, and human resources leadership.

James is proud of being accessible to employees and administrative staff, offering guidance and leadership in a personal and practical way. His leadership is grounded in competence, credibility, and a desire to have a positive impact on the people around him.

He was drawn to this field by the opportunity to work with diverse people, including individuals receiving services and their families, and to be part of work that makes a meaningful difference.

Outside of work, James is married and has two children and one grandson. He also coached basketball at three different high schools in Western Pennsylvania for more than 20 years.

Erik Morris
Chief Program Officer

Erik Morris serves as Chief Program Officer at Fayette Resources, Inc., where he helps ensure programs remain in compliance with Office of Developmental Programs regulations and licensing requirements. In his role, he supports program operations, develops Plans of Correction when needed, and works with teams to ensure follow-up actions are completed.

Erik has worked in the human services field for 37 years, including more than 35 years with Fayette Resources. He began his career as a Direct Support Professional and later served as a Program Specialist and Residential Director. He was also a Lifesharing provider for 22 years, giving him a broad understanding of services from both professional and personal perspectives.

Erik holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Waynesburg University. He is CPR/First Aid certified and is also a Certified Investigator.

Throughout his career, Erik has been proud to see Fayette Resources grow from 15 sites in the Fayette Region to more than 40, while also expanding into the Clearfield/Jefferson and Allegheny regions.

Erik was drawn to the field by a desire to help others and enjoys seeing individuals live full, meaningful lives. His leadership style is patient, team-oriented, and focused on working together to accomplish shared goals.

Outside of work, Erik enjoys spending time with his wife, Gigi, their two adult sons, Kishaun and Kerik, and his family. He also enjoys being involved in his church, attending sporting events, and helping his community.

John S. Hough
Chief Clinical Officer

John S. Hough serves as Chief Clinical Officer at Fayette Resources, Inc., where he provides executive oversight of clinical services across the organization. In this role, he monitors clinical data, including behavioral trends, medication use, hospitalizations, and restraints, while supporting safety, accountability, and continuous clinical improvement.

John has worked at Fayette Resources for 13 years and has 32 years of experience in human services. He began his career in 1993 at Laurel Highlands Foundation as a Direct Support Professional in residential habilitation, a role he describes as one of the most rewarding of his career. He later transitioned to the Adult Training Facility, where he served as a DSP before advancing to Program Specialist and Residential Program Director.

At Fayette Resources, John began as a Behavioral Specialist in the Allegheny Region before becoming Director of Incident Management and Referrals and later moving into his current executive leadership role. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Science and a Master of Science in Psychology.

John is especially proud of helping expand services across Fayette Resources’ regions. His leadership is grounded in person-centered decision-making, clear expectations, fairness, accountability, and respect. He is committed to ensuring services are delivered consistently and in ways that reflect each person’s needs, choices, and goals.

Outside of work, John enjoys golfing with lifelong friends, and being with his family, especially his grandsons.

Tabetha Hodge
Chief Information Officer

Tabetha Hodge serves as the Chief Information Officer at Fayette Resources, Inc., where she oversees information technology and technology systems across the organization. She has been part of Fayette Resources for nearly 24 years, bringing long-standing experience, institutional knowledge, and a steady commitment to supporting the organization’s mission.

Before joining Fayette Resources, Tabetha worked for a steel tubing company, where she managed payroll and information technology responsibilities. She later brought that combined administrative and technical experience to Fayette Resources, where her role grew to include payroll, IT, and support for the fiscal department before moving into her current leadership position.

Tabetha earned a bachelor’s degree in Office Systems from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and is also a notary. As a leader, she values trust, teamwork, and approachability. She believes in giving her team the space to do their work while remaining available when support or guidance is needed.

Tabetha is especially connected to Fayette Resources’ commitment to helping individuals feel truly at home while receiving the support they need to grow, participate in meaningful activities, and pursue their personal goals.

Outside of work, Tabetha enjoys the outdoors, gardening, and raising backyard chickens. A “farm girl at heart,” she also loves spending time with her two children, two dogs, and three cats, and hopes to add goats someday.
