Fayette Resources, Inc., a non-profit organization committed to serving people with intellectual disabilities in Uniontown, PA, seeks a compassionate and skilled Full-Time LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) to join our team at our Uniontown office.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the health and welfare of individuals with intellectual disabilities, including but not limited to doctor appointments, tracking medical documentation, and addressing daily health issues. You will be assigned a caseload of people whose care you will oversee.
• Provide training and support to Direct Support Professionals regarding medical needs, care, and related tasks as required.
• Participation in the on-call rotation is a mandatory requirement for every LPN.

Requirements:

• Current, active LPN License.
• Minimum of two years of experience as an LPN.
• Experience with intellectual disabilities preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
